Unoaked Chardonnay

A delicious natural taste of chardonnay, crisp ripe apples and peaches, without the heavy toasty, buttery and vanilla flavors of Chardonnay fermented and aged in an oak barrel. The fresh fruit character and bracing crispness of this wine is a favorite for lighter dishes. Pair this flavorful wine with fish, chicken, pork, vegetables and great in sauces.

Merlot

Merlot is a full bodied red wine with a velvety aroma of prunes, black fruit, and cassis. The firm tannin structure and the robust dark fruit character make this a food friendly wine suitable for a wide variety of dishes. Serve this wine with stews and cassoulets, or roasted, smoky flavored meats or with a rich chocolate dessert.

Sparkling Peach

An invigorating sweet bubbly packed with tropical peach and passion fruit flavors. Sweet peach aromas follow a frothy, medium-bodied palate with an engaging fruity finish. Excellently pairs with cheesecake, fresh fruit, or pastries.

Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio is nearly colorless and has a character of ripe peaches and pears that is best served with mild flavored soups and lightly seasoned dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabinet Sauvignon is a relatively new variety for Michigan as it is difficult to ripen in our cool maritime climate. It must be cropped very light to not stress the plants and clusters must be fully exposed to the sun during ripening, but the resulting wine is worth the extra time and effort. The abundance of dark fruit character and hint of black pepper along with a firm tannin backbone make this a perfect food wine.

Riesling

Riesling has a ripe apple and peach character that’s enhanced by a touch of residual sweetness and balanced with delicate crisp finish.  Best served with seafood, poultry and salads. Also pairs well with cheeses, roasted vegetables and pork.

Traminette

Traminette is a hybrid of Gewurztraminer developed at Cornell University. This semi-dry wine has a muscat-spice character bursting with the fresh flavors of ripe apples and pears mingled with the sweetness of violets and apple blossoms. Serve Traminette chilled by itself or with fruit desserts.

Sandhill White

A delicious white wine blend of fruity aromas of peach and melon, followed by flavors of pears and mango.  This balanced acidity of sweetness is a crowd pleaser.

Sandhill Red

A delicious red wine blend with hints of cherry and strawberry, followed by notes of lemon and candied fruit.  This crisp balanced acidity of semi-sweet provides a refreshing tart finish.

Moscato

A lightly sweet white wine with pronounced floral aroma and apparent citrus and pitted fruit qualities.

Sweet Rose

A delicious dessert wine.

Cherry

A true fruit wine made from fresh Michigan grown cherries that captures the intense fruit and color of this favorite fruit. The powerful fruit aroma fills the senses with the fragrance of ripe cherries and the crisp tartness of the natural fruit is captured in this lightly sweet bright red wine. Serve with your favorite chocolate dessert or mix with white or sparkling wines.

Sangria

Party Sangria is a blend of white and red wine combined with orange, lemon, lime and cinnamon. This is a lightly sweet wine designed for immediate consumption and does not benefit from bottle ageing. Serve on ice with fruit and a splash of soda water.

Raspberry

The perfect combination of wine and raspberries. Serve this wine on it’s own or as a fun component of a mixed drink. The tartness of the raspberry pairs extremely well with sweet white wine.

Honey & Peach

Sweet white wine with honey and natural flavors added. This sweet wine is bursting with flavors of perfectly ripened peaches and sweet honey. Great for gathering with friends.

Catawba

Catawba is a red American grape variety with a musky or “foxy” flavor.

Blueberry

This semi-sweet wine is a fruit wine made from fresh ripe Michigan blueberries.  Enjoy this wine as a refreshing addition to almost any meal, as an ingredient in a fruit based punch, or all on its own.

Cranberry

A wonderful combination of sweet and tart.  Use this wine as a component in delicious cocktails or on its own.  Best served chilled and pairs excellently with sweet potatoes, pork, and venison.

Cabernet Franc

A medium bodied wine with moderate tannins and acidity.  Aromas of red fruits, herbs and a peppery earthiness.  Pairs well with grilled meats and strong flavored cheeses.
